There are no master private label rights associated with the any product, meaning you cannot transfer Private Label Rights to anyone else. In addition, you do not have master resell rights to any of the products outright. You may include the articles as part of your site or report to resell as a product, but not as part of a membership site and you may NOT give away any product, as this dilutes the value of the product.

You may NOT bundle any of these products and set up any sites in order to compete with MedicalContentSolutions.com.

Articles

1. You can't sell or give these Articles away. They are intended for your use in products that you sell. For example, you could use the articles as part of a report and sell that report. You could add them to your sites to attract traffic, for example.

 2.) You can't include these articles in paid or free membership sites.

This is to avoid competition and will not be tolerated. Articles may be submitted to article submission sites and so on, but may not be any part of any membership site.

Videos

1. You may sell these as part of a CD package or product. If you decided that you wanted to sell some of the audio/videos as part of a product that you have made, that is okay. Again, you may not compete with MedicalContentSolutions.com and we retain the Master Resell Rights over all of our products. For most products, you have Private Label Rights and Resell Rights, unless otherwise specified.

Graphics And Templates

You can't sell or give away any Graphic files or Templates included in the member’s area. They are for your own personal use to be used on your own websites. You can not resell these graphics/templates or bundle them, any component contained therein, or any material originating from them. You may not compile graphics/templates or any other material from these designs to resell.

Ebooks and Software

You CANNOT offer private label rights to others. You have the right to label the e-book as your own and software products as your own (unless otherwise specified).  You cannot offer or sell the source or master codes/files of any of the E-book packages or Software packages..

Your Understanding of This Agreement

If you cancel your membership to MedicalContentSolutions.com you cannot join again. You forfeit your rights to access material available on MedicalContentSolutions.com.

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by suspending downloading any additional products and content from any MedicalContentSolutions.com site, along with all related content and products from MedicalContentSolutions.com.

MedicalContentSolutions.com may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition, or copyright of this agreement. Monthly membership fee is refundable only if you request a refund by sending an email with the subject "MCS Subscription Refund Request" within the time allotted per the money back guarantee. Additionally, you may choose to cancel your subscription at any time, but that month's subscription will not automatically be credited to your account, as you may have already used that month's subscription and simply do not want to continue your membership.

All members are subject to the terms of service, whether or not their membership is active or terminated. Any and all violation of these terms, will result in legal actions to be taken.

If you sign up only to download all of the products and then cancel, you have forfeited ALL rights to the products. Your payment processor will be notified and you will not be allowed to use any of the products that you have not paid for. Also, any person or persons found to be violating this TOS, will be prosecuted. This is to protect our product and the members who lawfully have paid for their products.

Usage outside the United States

If you access our site from any area outside of the United States, you are bound by all local laws.

MedicalContentSolutions.com may, at our convenience, modify these Terms of Use/Service at any time, simply by updating this TOS.
